I’ve been really happy with the pricing. Everything felt fair, and I never got the sense that I was being overcharged. Overall, it’s good value and I’d say it’s worth it.

I ordered from nolae and the payment process went mostly fine. They had the usual options you’d expect, so I was able to place my order without any major issues. I’m assuming most people would probably get through it okay too, but the checkout did feel a bit confusing at first. I also wish they offered more local payment methods, since that would make things easier. Overall, not bad, just kind of average for me.

The return process has been a complete mess, and I blame the company for making it way harder than it needed to be. I had to keep chasing support just to get basic answers, ended up paying extra, and weeks later I’m still waiting for my refund. It’s ridiculous. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again

I usually don’t put much faith in those overly polished “your order is on the way” updates companies send, because half the time they’re just vague nonsense. But this one was surprisingly accurate. The tracking matched the actual delivery day, and the package showed up when it said it would. No chasing it down, no guessing, no stress

The packaging was good too, everything arrived safely with no damage at all!!! I was a little nervous since it was a preorder, but it all went totally fine!!! I’d definitely order from them again!!!

Support did eventually get back to me, but it was slow. What was more frustrating is that it wasn’t really clear who was actually handling my issue. It felt like I was waiting around without knowing if anyone had taken ownership of it.

The product itself seemed okay, but the box arrived scratched up, which made me a little uneasy at first. I’m cautious about things getting damaged in transit, so I checked everything carefully before using it. Thankfully, nothing looked broken, but the packaging could’ve been handled better...

I ordered from Nolae and had to cancel one of the items. The refund process was okay overall, but ngl it took longer than I expected and I had to message support once to ask what was going on. They did reply, and I got my money back in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience. Just wish it was a bit faster and more clear upfront tbh.

I got hit with import fees after the delivery, which I wasn’t expecting at all. this kind of confirmed what I already suspected about ordering from places like this, there’s always some extra charge that shows up later. Frustrating experience, and I won’t be ordering again
